You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS from DPD with your one-hour delivery slot and your unique PIN which you will need to share with the driver. If you ordered a SIM with your new phone, it'll be shipped together in the same parcel. SIM Only order? Your SIM only order will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
